X-trainer Lucky Fork by MX-Tech/Enduro Spec
The long awaited Lucky fork kit by MX-Tech and Enduro Spec. This project has been long and distinguished but it is finally here. The X-trainer's stock suspension leaves a lot to be desired when pushed even beyond moderate trail pace. The fork uses very old steel cartridge technology and offers very little tune-ability. It has a narrow window of performance and for most riders this is a concern. Even the magazine articles (which are always bias towards their advertisers) say it's a tragedy in suspension after you click into 2nd or 3rd gear. The stock fork only offers compression adjustment in the way of a spring preload adjuster (all this does is increase harshness, not compression) and a rebound adjuster that has very little actual effect on the circuit. Enter the Lucky, sharing all the tech from the full size Lucky kits already in production.

This kit is a single side replacement for the cartridge leg (non spring). The stock spring leg is reused. You may also order a spring if needed. The stock cartridge requires normal hand tools to remove. The Lucky includes a 4mm Pin Spanner to install the cap. If you purchase a spring at the same time as the Lucky we will contact you to confirm rate.
